MV-MIPI-SC130M has two version number, Using shell script ,get version.

L version is logic version，C version is controller version.

1. Modify the operation logic of the ROI area and the Imgdir to first perform ROI sampling and then flipping. Adjust the corresponding DPC accordingly.

1. Increase the ISP bandwidth, which can achieve 1280x1024 @ 214fps in RAW8 format.
