Using shell script VEYE-MIPI-290/327 i2c，get hdver, which is a 8bit register.

- Support CSI-2 output enable/disable
- Add Capture mode, using i2c cmd to capture one picture
- Add framerate control for stream mode
- i2c address can be configured through the hardware pin( with the new version of the adaptor board)
